It’s 100% digital — no shipping, no waiting. The recipient will receive it instantly (or on the date you choose) via email.

How can someone redeem the Basil Gift Card?

During checkout, simply paste the unique code (from the email) into the “Basil Gift Card” option under Payment options. The amount will be deducted from the total.

Can the gift card be redeemed for cash or transferred?

No, the Basil Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into another form of payment. It can only be used to buy Basil products.
