What is covered?

We accept returns (within 15 days of purchase) in two circumstances :

  • Manufacturing defects which hamper the intended functionality or
  • Shipping-related damages. 

Post an inspection of your product, your refund or exchange request will be processed.

What you need to do?

To initiate your hassle-free return, drop us a message at help@basil.com with detailed photos of the defects or damages. We will evaluate them and where needed, arrange for a pickup of your order.

When sending your return back to us, make sure to pack the product just like it was when you received it, with all the tags and original packaging intact. And please don't forget your proof of purchase (Invoice).

What do we do next?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and then notify you if you're eligible for an exchange or refund.

If eligible, we will either ship a new item directly to your address or refund the payment to your original payment method, as per your choice
