While we are sad that your purchase did not satisfy you, we are eager to make it up to you. Read on to learn more!
What is covered?
Changed your mind, not happy with the color, or just feel like it's not the right fit? We've got you. We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for any reason - no explanations needed, no charges.
Please note: We do not accept returns on personalised/customised products. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll happily replace it.
What you need to do?
Just drop us a message at help@yourbasil.com or use our returns portal below. Let us know your order number and we'll take it from there.
When sending your product back, please make sure:
1. It's packed the way you received it
2. All tags and original packaging are intact
3. Your invoice is included
What do we do next?
Once we receive your return, we'll process your exchange or refund as per your preference - straight to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.
If it's been over 10 days since delivery, just write to us at help@yourbasil.com and we'll take it from there.
Do we accept returns on customized products?
As a policy, we do not accept returns on customised products. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement.
