Our 6-month manufacturing warranty covers the following products - manufacturing defects, primarily weakening of welding and riveting.

It does not cover usage related wear and tear.

Repair or replacement in the event:

  • Hinges: become disjointed or loose because of weakening of welding.
  • Latches: Latch becomes disjointed or loose due to the weakening of rivets or welding.

What is not covered?

  • Prints & Discoloration : Removal, Peeling or dulling of prints because usage is not covered.
  • Trays: Dents , Scratches, Discolouration because of usage is not covered.

Waterbottles

What is covered?

Cap: One-time replacement of the cap due to breakage.

What is not covered?

  • Prints & Discoloration : Removal, Peeling or dulling of prints because usage is not covered.
  • Trays: Dents , Scratches, Discolouration because of usage is not covered.

Other Products

What is covered?

Repair or replacement in the event:

  • Any in-transit damage
  • Breakage during delivery or handling

What is not covered?

Repair or replacement in the event:

  • Damage caused by regular use: (e.g., staining of silicone, scraping of print)
  • Wear and tear: (e.g., loosening of hinges, welding issues)
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
