What's the minimum order quantity for birthday gifting?
We start birthday bulk pricing at 10 units. The bigger your order, the better the discount — write to us at help@yourbasil.com with your headcount and we'll share a quote within 24 hours.
Can I mix different products and characters in one bulk order?
Yes. You can mix Bento Lite + Bottles + Plates, or pick different characters (Pixie Dash, Super Swoosh, Hocus Docus, Cloud Hopper) in the same order.
Can I add my child's name to each gift?
Yes! We can add names on each gift. Customisation is available on most products.
Will the painting/color on the bento last?
Yes, the printing has been made to last if handled with care. Avoid dishwashers and using a metal scrub to extend the lifetime of the prints.
